Nile Rodgers is one of the most innovative and prolific songwriter/producers in history, with his enormously popular band Chic attaining record-breaking success via popular dance hits and electrifying live performances.

In addition to Chic, Rogers has written/produced numerous worldwide hits for artists such as Sister Sledge, Diana Ross, David Bowie and Duran Duran—not to mention some of the biggest hits of Madonna’s career. Even songs that merely sample his work have become enduring dance hits on their own, such as Rodgers’ collaboration with Daft Punk and Pharrell Williams on “Get Lucky,” which changed the landscape of dance music again for the next generation.
