The Development team will welcome Members observing the student matinee Drum Tao on Tuesday, April 9, at 10:00AM.
Two Devo staff members will be at a conference, and we would like to request to have a sign up for 4 Volunteers please.
The additional Development Volunteers will help us guide Members from the stage door through the 2nd floor offices to Box Tier.
Members will enter through the Stage Door 30 minutes prior to the performance. The student matinee is approximate 60min.
Development Volunteers will help us guide Members to their seats in Box Tier. During the performance, Development Volunteers will standby Box Tier for wayfinding assistance to restrooms and back to seats. This is performance is not ticketed and we will have a seat map for them to help Members.
After the student matinee, two Development Volunteers will help us guide Members from Box Tier through the 2nd floor back to the Stage Door and the other two will remain in Box Tier to kindly ask that Members wait for us to return - we make a few trips exiting Members.
