The Development team would like to have 2 volunteers to help guide Donor Members from the Stage Door through the 2nd floor offices to the Box Tier to witness this student matinee.
During the performance, the Development volunteers will standby Box Tier for wayfinding assistance to restrooms and back to Box Tier seats. Â Development will provide a seat map for the volunteers to help Donor Members.
After the student matinee performance, the Development volunteers would also help us guide Donor Members from Box Tier through the 2nd floor down to the Stage Door.
Development has asked Donor Members to arrive at 9:45AM at the Stage Door. The student matinee performance is at 10:15AM ending at approximately 11:15AM.
